Captain Travis Power

USCG and TPWD licensed/certified saltwater fishing captain with a passion for finding adventure.  My ideal time on the water is out of the boat wading with either a topwater lure or fly fishing.  Maybe, because that's how I was introduced to fishing, or maybe because I just always have to go a little further to see what's around that next bend.  No matter the adventure, I'm ready to go.

This sled makes for exciting trips, easily enter and exit the boat for quick and efficient wades.  Rides shallow enough for every bay system and still provides enough comfort for the windy days.  If that's not your jam, just take a seat on the tower for the best views on the Texas coast, or layout on the spacious front and back decks.  

Lone Star Guide - Gear

The Lone Star Gear we sell in our store is designed and made by us personally, one at a time. The LSG fishing stringer, ez-holder, wade box, and boga/pliers float embodies our style of simple fishing. This way more focus can be spent on your surroundings which ultimately leads to better times and more fish. For the time-being gear is only offered in small batches or "drops"
